Shipping

Shipping is free on every order — there is no minimum spend and no code to enter. We pack and dispatch orders within 24-48 hours of payment, and you will get a confirmation email as soon as yours is on its way.

Standard delivery takes about 4-8 days from the day your order ships. Delays outside our control do happen, and the longest deliveries can take up to around 15 days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for the carrier's tracking to update. Double-check your address at checkout; if you spot a mistake, email [email protected] right away and we will try to correct it before the package leaves.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Please keep the item unused and in its original packaging.

Email [email protected] with your order number to request a return — we will send you the steps to follow. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the item. The cost of sending an item back is the customer's, unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged or defective.

For damaged, defective or incorrect items, write to [email protected] within 30 days of delivery and attach a photo. A replacement or full refund follows, with return shipping covered by us.
